Gave both sides of the QuickCam’s lens a bit of a clean, and that really seemed to help lower the levels of potato-ness.

But the filter in front of the sensor is a bit bleurgh too. But it's nighttime and these things never were great in low light.

It very definitely gives that 90s feel…

All in all, very pleased with this silly little arrival :D

I've been playing with a small thermal printer camera and the results are SO fun!

Testing out a camera from work (Nikon D3100 with the 55-200mm kit lens) and I think it would definitely count for the #shittyCameraChallenge

(my cameras are all set-up ready for comet chasing this evening so I didn't want to muck around changing lenses, etc)

A largish dove/pigeon whose head and body are white, and wings a very very dark green, almost black. It has a red eye and its beak is mostly red, except the tip that is white.

It is standing on my veranda railing, looking out over the edge.

Oh look! I can make non-creepy photos sometimes too if I use real actual film (Ilford HP4+) and a real actual SLR instead of a toy camera! (just ignore the shots done with a cheap plastic screw-on macro lens... i can't help going lo-fi)

For the Shitty Camera Challenge today I give you a panorama of the Melia Ria hotel, Aveiro. Taken with a 100-year-old Kodak 3-A Folding Pocket camera on expired (Nov. 2022) Ilford XP2.
