Sunshine is a really good local game streaming service and Festival is playable with low latency all the way across the country
not getting perfects but got a 100% so that's good enoug
Cloud gaming is viable 
my computer shut off and i can't select GRUB options unless i had a reaaaaaally long usb cable. Damn
i should probably set up like. capture card into my home server and a pico W that acts as a kb/mouse so i can do that stuff away from home. maybe wire up a GPIO on the pico to the power button connector for even more shenanigans

@ipg ive been using https://pikvm.org/ for a few years now, using an RPi CM4 and a carrier board styled after a PCIe device https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804386522898.html this is not a standard configuration but it works just as well. i have wireguard on the device so it never gets accessed from the outside.
power is still provided externally though im sure i could just get some juice off the atx 12v standby rail if i really wanted. the setup isnt perfect for me since i have my video card in a different slot and if my motherboard loses power for an extended period it forgets all of its bios settings, fucking the entire setup up.
