the difference between sony and microsoft's response to rrod/ylod is night and day. fuck sony. microsoft definitely are no saints here but they at least had the decency to do the bare minimum and fix the problem they started

@ipg tbh, it was a marketing nightmare for Microsoft, people chose the PS3 because of the RROD, imagine if Sony came out and said "This is actually happening to us too."
Both of them would loose out on so much money.
