OK, seems it costs about $50 CAD/month (w tax) to store ~24TB on tape storage with OVH Cloud Cold Storage. I think this is better than Scaleway C14 because it's priced in CAD, but also it's about double the amount of data VS what I had with Scaleway, for the same effective price. Scaleway is easier though because it's cold but not "frozen" like on tape.
