I'd like a PrivacyTools/PrivacyGuides type resource that has intersectional principles -- where shit like Brave is rejected from being a recommended browser due to Brendan Eich's bigotry. Alas, I'm unaware of anything comparable. #LGBTQ #tech #browsers #privacy

@MediaActivist privsec.dev?

Not as much about recommendations as it is knowledge, but...I guess this is the best right now?

I'd love to work on my own privacy resources, though 🤔

@cyrus That's awesome, thanks! And yeah, me too - I used to have a small section on my website that I might revise and return, but it was just a little page.

@MediaActivist I was thinking something more elaborate, but I wanna think about it's structure and how to contribute first

Like, I have this page [tgrush.codeberg.page] but it's been outdated for a bit (as in, I haven't touched it and some of the things in here don't hold true anymore)

@cyrus That's really good, and way snazzier than what I had! I was thinking of something more elaborate too.

@MediaActivist thanks! I've stopped linking to that site (tgrush.codeberg.page) as I hadn't updated it in a while, I should really get back to that though

Uses very minimal JS too, only for things like custom elements :)
