@navi OTW (Off The Wall) was a section on Gentoo Forums for off-topic talks. It was eventually removed from the forums as it became a toxic place for conspiracy theories about Linux and stuff, including personal attacks on Gentoo developers.
Then they moved to "otw20.com", which was closed a year or two ago.
