If you're familiar with Splatoon 1, you might know that some stage+mode combos haven't appeared in public Ranked Battles since 2016.
For one weekend only, @pretendo will be bringing it back.
From August 23rd at 1am BST to August 26th at 1am BST, you'll be able to play Ranked Battles with these "banned" stage+mode combos (dubbed as "Banned Stages Weekend" by @oatmealdome):
- Saltspray Rig [TC] [RM]
- Port Mackerel [TC]
- Blackbelly Skatepark [RM]
- Piranha Pit [RM]

@splatoonOops, I screwed up with the times on this one. I actually have a chance to play since I didn't realise it started today!
Anyways, it's now officially on if you want to play some banned stage combos.

@splatoon @pretendo @oatmealdome I hope they end up making this a regular event that can happen. Maybe schedule it to happen during Splatoon 3's Big Runs.
