Ok, this is a funny one to make not gonna lie and I'm not sure whether there's much point talking about it.
Signed onto #Roblox earlier today (if you don't know, I used to be actively participating in the Roblox community) and I noticed a friend looking like Marie from Splatoon (with matching hair) and I then stumbled across a #UGC group called "cubicle 2" which seems to specialise on these Splatoon copies.
If you're out of the loop from the Roblox community, UGC headwear using other companies intellectual property is fairly common unfortunately. I'd recommend checking out PeakUGC on the unspeakable platform if you want to see it. UGC is currently closed access by the way, you have to request permission to upload headgear and other types of content (shirts and pants are available to anyone, but the rest you need to be a member of the UGC program).

Didn't expect to talk about how bad the Roblox UGC program is today on this account (it has gotten awful in recent months with suggestive accessories to copyrighted stuff). I remember reporting on UGC stuff in like 2021 previously and that was with creators stealing other creators items. Nothing has really improved in 3 years and Roblox still has a bright idea of making uploading various forms of UGC (that you need to join the program for) public. It'll be disastrous imo as a user of the platform for 7 years if they do make it public.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to have Splatoon items on Roblox and I find the Roblox Splatoon ripoff game so cool but we know Nintendo is going to come after this eventually. It would be cool if Nintendo did collaborate with platforms like this (or maybe Fortnite 
) though.
@splatoonTo be honest, I should publish some of the questions I put towards the developer of the Splatoon ripoff game on Roblox a few years ago on here, especially with the Nintendo Network shutdown. I do want to eventually publish short text-based interviews here because it would be cool but I'm nervous.
Might draw some attention to it because I'd recommend checking it out, it's really cool how they've been able to recreate Splatoon maps such as Mako-Mart from the group up.
