Recently my friend and I started playing BG3 and I had a sudden epiphany for my character. I made Gjerothy, the most average, uninteresting, divorced, middle aged man who is trying with all his heart to get to Baldur's gate before his step-son's birthday next week (he hasn't given him "the talk" yet). Nothing happens *to* him, things only happen *around* him.
