#DuckDuckFedi I got some second-hand generic Chinese gadgets without PSUs. The one on the left seems like it takes a 5.5/2.5mm power plug, but does anyone know what kind of power connector is on the right one?

For reference, the IR port fits a 3.5mm headphone plug perfectly.

How does this change if the project is a library, to be used in a bigger open-source project - does the liability shift to that project or *its* users?

The international train 306 Y Ulan-Ude - Ulaanbaatar train arrives at 06:38 a.m. while the international train K24 Ulaanbaatar - Beijing leaves at 07:18 a.m.

Does anyone know whether that's a reliable change ? Would they wait on the delayed connecting train Russia - Mongolia - China or would they just let passengers strand ?

Can I risk this change ? That'd save me ~4 days of travels.

We are looking for a screen recorder similar to the built in MacOS screen recorder, but for Linux Mint.

I need to be able to press a hotkey combination, select a rectangle, and start recording.

I do not want to have to open and interact with a big user interface full of configuration options every time, I just want defaults for quick screen capturing and saving to a selected default folder.

Our requirements:
1. Good camera, for amigurumi product photos/videos (someone we trust gave us numbers: at least 1080p resolution/300 dpi)
2. At least 128GB storage
3. Capable of playing games like Genshin Impact and Pokemon Go and syncing with a Garmin watch
4. A good battery that lasts significantly longer than 3 hours
5. Not locked to a network - we're going to be getting phone service through Access Wireless for free
6. As cheap as possible given those other requirements
