The reason why Republicans keep on fear mongering about drugs in Halloween candy

@ioletsgo I mean, i try to at least understand where fears from all political parties come from (Mostly to reinforce my desire to not be involved in politics at all) but that's gotta be on the more random fear I've seen so far.
