@Yoshi@wetdry.world lambda calculus is the way, and we have curry. Calculus = calculation (always has been), and don't worry, we won't change it on you.
@Yoshi Or if you want to use a bit of abstraction-judo to neutralize the threat, you can tell them "Pi calculus or GTFO".
If you think computer scientists are dangerous, though, that tells me that you've never had to deal with a physicist doing calculus - and that *is* (a recognizable approximation to) the calculus you know.
